Your recruitment needs solved at no cost to you

For over 40 years Asuria has had real success in partnering with employers nationally to help recruit and train suitable and prepared candidates.

With Asuria you will have a single point of contact who will work with you and for you, to deliver recruitment solutions at no cost to you.

Our aim is to create recruitment initiatives for the unique challenges of the current labour market.

Prior to presenting job-ready candidates to you, we mentor, train, and upskill our candidates through government funded pre-employment training programs.

We can support your business with access to wage subsidies that may assist with the recruitment and training costs of hiring a new employee, subject to eligibility.

We can also partner with you to upskill your existing employees through a range of short courses, full qualifications or specific training tailored to your business.

Asuria will ‘have your back’ every step of the way and offer continued support for up to six months for you and your new employee to ensure a smooth transition.
