In 2025, we proudly welcome Tanya Shaheen, Employer Engagement Manager, Workforce Australia, into the Chairman’s Hall of Fame. This recognition reflects more than a decade of unwavering commitment, compassion, and excellence in supporting participants into work and driving superior outcomes across our New South Wales teams.
Tanya began her journey with Asuria in 2015 and celebrated her 10-year anniversary in 2025. Throughout this time, she has become known not only for her strong performance, but also for the support, steadiness, and genuine care she brings to every participant and employer she engages with. Her personal connection to the work is felt by everyone around her.
Tanya’s deep understanding of employer needs and her heartfelt belief in the dreams and aspirations of our participants have made her a trusted partner across the state. She walks alongside job seekers as they navigate barriers and setbacks, offering encouragement that comes from experience, empathy, and a true desire to see people succeed.

Since 2023, Tanya has supported more than 450 participants into employment through her strong employer networks. Behind every placement is a person with a story, and Tanya is often the one helping them believe in themselves again. Her focus on quality outcomes ensures that job seekers receive the support, guidance, and opportunities they need to build a better future. Her professionalism has strengthened employer confidence and contributed to sustained success across New South Wales.
