How can I submit my job search?
Mutual obligation requirements may require you to submit job search efforts at regular intervals. This can be managed in your jobactive account, the below video guides you through the process.
How do I access my jobseeker account?
You will need a myGov account to access all the features in your job seeker account. Please find a walkthrough guide here.
How can I reschedule my appointment?
To reschedule your appointment you may call us. If your upcoming appointment is not in next 72 business hours you may also email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will check the availability of your Job Coach to reschedule your appointment. Depending on program guidelines we may request the reason for rescheduling.
I missed my appointment, what should I do?
If you have missed your appointment please call Asuria on 1800 773 338 and we can assist you with next steps. To see your future appointments you can visit your myGov account to check your upcoming events and appointments with Asuria as well as any due dates for job search submissions.
