EST Fees Policy
As per the Workforce Australia provider correspondence sent out by the Department, starting from Monday, 14 August 2023, there will be a change in our policy regarding the charges for referrals to Employability Skills Training Block 2 courses.
Under the new guidelines, Workforce Australia Services Providers will be able to claim a charge of up to $300 per participant for referrals to Employability Skills Training Block 2. This charge can be claimed under the Activity Costs category of the program.
We will resume our invoicing of the $300 participant contribution fee to Referring Providers when they refer their participants into our EST Block 2 courses effective from the above date.
If a referred participant is deemed unsuitable for the course, we will not charge the $300 participant contribution fee.
We will not charge the $300 participant contribution fee if we had to cancel the activity prior to course commencement.
