On December 1st each year, Asuria comes together to celebrate U Day, a formal day for all of us at Asuria to celebrate our achievements and Enterprising Heart. As part of our annual U Day celebrations, we all take part in the Asuria Enterprising Heart Awards Ceremony.
The Asuria Enterprising Heart Awards Ceremony recognises our staff members for their contribution to the company and the positive impact they’ve made in the lives of their co-workers and our customers.
The 2023 Chairman’s Enterprising Heart Hall of Fame Award recipient is Jackie Moriarty, Manager of Professional Standard in our Quality and Compliance Team. Asuria’s Executive Chairman, Con Kittos, selected Jackie for this award for her consistent outstanding individual achievement and years of Enterprising Heart.
Based in Ballarat, Jackie’s team is guided to achieve their best, and to support each other in doing the same. Jackie has become known as a Growth Focused leader who cares about her team and is committed to Making a Difference in the spaces her team supports.
For more than a decade, Jackie has managed her team as they assist Asuria in understanding, upholding, resolving and improving legislative, regulatory and compliance-related matters. This support extends to all areas of Asuria, including our Joint Ventures organisations Asuria Training, Bamara, EyrePlus and TRACQS, helping teams to maintain the high level of professionalism they have become known for.
Jackie’s expertise and pivotal direction ensures that all programs receive dedicated attention and constant support to enable their continued growth and development across Australia.
But it’s not just about Jackie’s service; it’s about the space she creates. Jackie’s team speaks highly of her, sharing their experiences working under such dedicated and nurturing leadership.
Sharon, Executive Director of Quality and Compliance, shared her experience, “Jackie creates a professional atmosphere where everyone feels safe and free to speak out, and they work to build and support the self-confidence of others.”
Jackie has committed to building up her own skills and experience, as well as her team’s. She creates opportunities for them to grow, asking for their input and encouraging their ideas, and understands the importance of nurturing a person’s potential and the benefit it brings.
Jackie is always there to offer support, providing quick and assured advice that allows the people involved to make confident decisions.
