This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have a defined and limited range of hospitality operational skills and basic industry knowledge. They are involved in mainly routine and repetitive tasks and work under direct supervision.

A course designed for aspiring people. The ones who are looking to work in different hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafés, and coffee shops.
Entry Requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
*While there are no pre-requisite for this course, participants must take the language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) assessment. This will help us identify areas where you might need additional support during your studies.
Delivery
The training program is delivered with comprehensive trainer support to provide a rich and engaging learning experience.
The training program is delivered over 20 weeks. All students must attend both classroom sessions for theory and practical sessions held in the kitchen and restaurant.

Put theory into practice through 12 service periods, serving real customers in real settings.
Student Experience Team is available Monday to Friday for assistance with any questions or support needs.
