Asuria is a registered NDIS provider offering Specialised Supported Employment services to help participants with disability thrive in the workplace. Delivered one-to-one or in a group-based setting to complement existing employer supports, these services can include:
- On-the-job assessments related to the impact of disability on work performance
- Job customisation
- On-the-job training and intermittent support with daily work tasks
- Direct supervision or group-based support to enable meaningful participation
- Support to manage disability-related behaviour or complex needs at work
- Non-face-to-face activities directly related to supporting a participant's employment
Eligibility and cost
If you employ a participant in the Inclusive Employment Australia program, these services are available at no cost to you and your employee. Speak to your Asuria contact today to find out more.
If your employee is an NDIS participant with funding under Registration Code 0133 Specialised Supported Employment (Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation, or Finding and Keeping a Job), their plan funding may be able to cover employment support services.
