Asuria has partnered with the Institute of Employability Professionals to co-design a training program that is both relevant and specific to the Employment Services sector.
With increasing demand for frontline employment services staff to hold or pursue relevant industry qualifications, there has never been a better time to enrol your staff in the CHC41115 Certificate IV in Employment Services with Asuria.
This engaging course will equip your frontline staff with the tools they need to effectively support participants, address barriers to employment and drive higher engagement and outcomes.

Course Overview
Our training program has been designed after an extensive year long consultation and internal pilot delivery model; with feedback from previous and existing students, frontline staff including Mentors and Employment Consultants from Workforce, Disability Employment Services, ParentsNext and Transition to Work; team leaders, program leaders and qualified trainers with industry experience.
The program is facilitated by industry and subject matter experts, supported by qualified trainers and assessors. Your team will learn from the best within the industry.

Elective Choice
Relevant industry-specific units including Risk Management, IT Online Security and Mental Health; to suit staff from all employment programs.

Entry requirements
There are no entry requirements for this qualification.
*While there are no pre-requisite for this course, participants must take the language, literacy, and numeracy (LLN) assessment. This will help us identify areas where you might need additional support during your studies.
Delivery
The course duration is 7 months from Induction. Units are delivered in clusters of 2 per month for 4 months (with webinars); and 2 per month for 1 month (self-paced study – no webinars).
At the end of 5 months of training, we will assess the completion of your Mandatory Department Learning Centre modules, and any compulsory internal training completed; to determine if you can receive Recognition of Prior Learning for the four remaining Employment Services units.

The Certificate IV in Employment Services allows students to enter in any month of study from 11 intakes per year (excludes January). Live learning sessions delivered by Employment Services subject matter experts – you will learn from the best in the business. These sessions are also recorded so you can review again at a later date.
