This short course is designed for support workers who wish to upskill and further their career and increase their knowledge and skills of person-centred support for people with disability.
Entry Requirements
Hold a Certificate III or higher qualification in community services, health or related field
Be employed in a care or support role in community services
Provide a valid USI
Delivery
The training program is delivered with comprehensive trainer support to provide a rich and engaging learning experience.
The course is delivered over three months in a blended format

Work Placement
Students must already be employed in a care or support role and provide evidence of employment through workplace visits. No separate work placement hours are required.
